Producer of our community. The creative force of co-production and building us a interconnected community to support us all to put co-production into action, beyond our community.
Raisa

Is our Poet in Residence and Safeguarding & #WaysOfWorking Model. She is a writer and poet who focuses her work on disability and intersectionality whilst investigating the impact of language used around disabled people and about disabled people – enabling us all to create simultaneous physically and psychologically safe spaces.
Theo

Is a new member to our team. He is a creative co-producer and is developing skills in storytelling and using creative methods for us to share language of #StoriesOfWork.
Karen

Is our Co-Founder. Karen directs our strategic vision. keeping us focused and on track in our disruptor space. It’s not easy doing something out of the status quo – Karen guides us with patience and care as well as practical logic and sense making.
Vijay

Is our trainer on using AI to create web programming. He is training in web programming. He is working with Active Inclusion to develop a budget tracker as part of his course. He analyses interviews for stories and creates story maps for our content.
Kaye
Is our mentorship ally, and is a sponsor of our website. Kaye has been instrumental in supporting and training our team in digital accessibility. She has helped us learn that we are human and we are always learning. That our website will grow with us and become accessible in many different formats as we grow, learn and gain new skills.
Oli
Our content and ‘behind the scenes’ framework and programming expert for our website. Supporting us to learn skills in how to communicate on this platform, and how to use WordPress.
Julie Ryder
Is our supporter and friend who offers time and expertise to help us to learn and train in: how to work with people who are blockers and an introduction to BSL. She has been sponsoring our fundraising scoping work and is part of our sense-making and strategic team. She supports us around work, family and life.
