Active Inclusion Pilot
In 2023 we started the coproduction Pilot: Active Inclusion. Through coproduction we have been on the following journey:
- We started off with three workshops exploring what is Active Inclusion?
- We expanded our term to: Active Inclusion: Equity in Employment
- We created our Mission
- We then have more conversations and decided on:

‘disabled by barriers to employment’ - We created our Theory of Change
- In July 2024 we deliver a coproduced Unconference: What’s a Happy Workplace?
- Our Theory of Change has of (October 2025) resulted in us creating a community: Active Inclusion: Equity in Employment.)

- We are now growing and our partner organisations are supporting us to our next stage: applying for funding to co-produce a research project and develop a lived experience peer employment support model.
