Producer of our community. The creative force of coproduction and building us a interconnected community to support us all to put coproduction into action, beyond our community.

Anya

The creative and soul of our community. A positive provocateur helping us challenge us all to unlearn the systems and processes we have being taught about Ways of Working and Communication.

Rakesh

The specialist advisor in our community. Advising on the realities of ways or working and communicating, unintended consequences of policies, procedures, legislation etc.

Kirsty

The expert in our community on understanding accessibility technology and requirements for facilitating our Ways of Communicating. Advising on what a Happy Workplace can be and how we can collectively change attitudes and behaviours.

Eleanor

Raisa

Is our Poet in Residence and Lead Safeguarding Officer. She is a writer and poet who focuses her work on disability and Intersectionality whilst investigating the impact of language used around disabled people and about disabled people – enabling us all to create simultaneous physically and psychologically safe spaces.

Karen

Is our Co-Founder. Karen directs our strategic vision. keeping us focused and on track in our disruptor space. It’s not easy doing something out of the status quo – Karen guides us with patience and care as well practical logic and sense making.

Tom

Is our videographer and captures our stories when we are out and about – he captures our Living Proof story.

Vijay

Is our trainer on using AI to create web programming. He is training in web programming and will be updating and maintaining our website. He analyses interviews for Stories and creates Story Maps for our content.

Theo

Is our new member to our team. He is a create coproducer and is developing skills in Storytelling and using creative methods for us to share language of Stories of Work.

Matthew

Matthew is a community building expert. They supports us around his work and life to make sense of our Ways of Working and Communicating and collaborative work processes. They have run coproduction workshop for us on Ways of Working, and helped us open up discussion on how we create team and individual Ways of Working agreements.

Kaye

Is our mentorship ally, and is a sponsor of our website. Kaye has been instrumental in supporting and training our team in digital accessibility. She has helped us learn that we are human, and we are always learning and our website will grow with us and become accessible in many different format as we grow and learn and gain new skills.

Oli

Our content and behind the scenes framework and programming expert for our website. Supporting us to learn skills in how to communicate on this platform, and how to use WordPress.

Julie Ryder

Is our supporter, and friend who offers time and expertise to support us to learn and train in: how to work with people who are blockers, introduction to BSL. She has been sponsoring our fundraising scoping work and part of our sense making and strategic team. She supports us around work, family and life.
